Company Description

Responsible for developing, and managing the Public Relations activities and the Press Initiative for luxury automotive company in the Middle East, Africa and India Region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and implementation of comprehensive public relations activities for vehicles and MEA events/activities.
  • Provide MEA Dealers with objectives and guidelines for the local press and PR initiatives and monitor and support them.
  • Develop and administer public relations budget. Negotiate contract with vendors.
  • Act as the contact person for all media inquiries and at internal and external events.
  • Responsible for the design and management of all media communications events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with automotive and non-automotive journalists.
  • Develop all media materials (press kits, news releases, executive bios).
  • Coordinate factory visits for journalists.
  • Produce daily news analysis for MEA office. Circulate coverage to network and factory as appropriate.
  • Develop editorial outline, write GM's speeches, approve design, articles and photos.
  • Develop communication tools (videos, pictures, headlines,...) addressed to different stakeholders (HQ, dealers, press,..) related with Marketing initiatives.
  • Administer ordering, scheduling and disposition of press car fleet. Plan the journalist test drive activity.
  • Ensure integration and implementation of Public Relations strategies with Marketing.
  • Assume responsibilities for various projects as may be assigned by the GM (es.: media clipping analysis).
  • Responsible for the development and execution of media strategy in connections with events.
  • Track events, new model launches, showroom openings,..
  • Responsible to manage press activities in connection with auto shows.
  • Working in close cooperation with headquarters, develop auto show plan, manage invitations, prepare press releases, prepare presentations, schedule interviews, follow up with media, collect clippings.
  • Prepare a summary and analysis of the Brand related news each day for the GM, Marketing manager and headquarters.
  • Respond to media inquiries and fulfill requests for photo images and information.


Bachelor degree in Public relations, Communication, Business administration.
